In the foothills of the hill country lies
Twenty Two North Holland, Cody Vasek’s
chef-owned restaurant & bar in Bellville, Tx. 

We are located on the northwest side of the downtown square at 22 North Holland Street, giving it its name. The unique building was built in 1850. Its history and character alone make for a great experience and story. 

We use locally-driven food. Our citrus from the Rio Grande Valley.  Our seafood from waters off the Gulf Coast.  Our beef and wild game from the bounties of our Texas pastures and praries.  Our delicious Wagyu and Angus beef are raised locally by Vasek’s uncle and cousin. Pork and Poultry are from right here in Austin County.  Our Spanish Moss Smokehouse in Colorado County is on land Chef Cody’s ancestors lived and smoked meats on back in 1874.  It was built not far from the old smokehouse his great grandparents used. All of our Charcuterie, pastramis, bacon and even our fishes collars on the menu are smoked by us.  Our bar serves local craft beers, including Vasek’s cousin’s fine craft beer brewed right here in Bellville along with “Prohibition” cocktails and a beautiful wine list.

Our Building is recognized by the Bellville Historical Society.
